More about the role:

Passionate and purpose-driven, our team of Learning Leads love what they do, engaging with leaders and colleagues across the business, conducting needs analysis, designing, creating and curating content, providing coaching & feedback and evaluating the value add of learning to the business. 

As experts in their field, they confidently challenge people to adopt a growth mindset and foster 21st century skills.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Creates a range of learning solutions; experiential, social, digital, peer to peer, on the job and much more
  • Designs and delivers workshops that develop the leadership, behavioural and technical skills of our colleagues and the business
  • Supports workplace performance through working collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts to co-create learning resources 
  • Provides colleagues and leaders with the knowledge and skill to drive a culture of continuous performance management 
  • Ensures we meet any training element of our regulatory requirements under T&C Scheme (all regulators in all locations) 
  • Develops digital content, through story boarding and develops the business skills to utilise digital learning technologies e.g. e-learning, virtual classrooms/webinars 
  • Builds stakeholder relationships with key internal customers and external training providers 
  • Utilises data (personal development plans, talent review feedback, stakeholder meetings) to understand the development needs of the business
  • Creates marketing and communication channels that increase colleague’s excitement and engagement with learning resources 
  • Sets up and schedules training through the LMS to ensure a full record of individual training is captured 
  • Co-ordinates learning experiences on and off site, ensuring that pre and post work is handled efficiently where appropriate 
  • Uses varying and appropriate metrics and benchmarking to evaluate the effectiveness and value of learning solutions and maintain a continuous improvement approach
  • Pro-actively researches industry thought leadership and best practice

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to create and maintain digital learning assets
  • Ability to develop good relationships from junior level through to senior leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Coaching experience
  • Able to create and maintain digital learning assets
  • Skilled facilitator – utilises facilitation models and styles to manage and optimise learning experiences
  • Understanding and application of adult learning theory and methods
  • Ability to develop good relationships from junior level through to senior leaders

  • Commitment to self-development
  • CIPD qualification Testing Certification (eg MBTI/ Insights etc) is desired but not essential​​​​​​​
