We are looking to recruit an Influencer Coordinator on a 3-month FTC, joining the Brand Team here at N Brown. Can you get key influencers to talk about, and post, our product on their pages? If so this role is for you. You will be a key member of an Influencer team already. An Influencer Lead is not about managing an internal social media page, you will be fulfilling an important administrative role which is focused on product lead asset creation. You will need to collaborate with the Buying team to agree on nominated product for influencer activation and then ensure that the right influencers are wearing the right products/categories and doing so at the right time.

Your role as Influencer Coordinator:

  • Collaborate with the Buying Team for product nomination.
  • Collaboration with the internal Studio Team to ensure influencer archetypes match model archetypes.
  • Manage and plan the timing of all product-based influencer activations.
  • Ensure influencers receive product (i.e. shipping and tracking).
  • Ensure influencers are clear on when/how to wear and capture assets (asset capture guidelines).
  • Collaborate with the Creative/Brand/Trading team to ensure proper syndication of assets (where permission has been agreed).
  • Support the team with all tasks across all influencer activity, this will include everything from identifying influencers, creating campaign documents, to organising influencer travel and accommodation.
  • Ensure the influencer database is kept up to date and includes all relevant information.
  • Proactively identify influencers the brand should collaborate with.
  • Assist creating campaign reports detailing the success of influencer activity.
  • Assist with the maintenance and development of key influencer documents i.e. briefing documents, engagement material, etc.
  • Assist with the organisation of regular influencer events.
  • Administrative support for the team i.e. expenses, booking travel, accommodation, etc.
  • Research on influencer industry, technology, social and gaming trends.
  • Creating presentations, meeting recaps, status reports and user guides.
  • Updating CRM and data repositories.


What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as an assistant/support role.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing, bloggers, social media, etc.
  • Innate understanding of project and task management and how to “own” every assignment given.
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn, committed to proposing solutions at every turn, and to get the job done.
  • Strong customer service focus with an awareness of your impact on the experience.
  • Strong communication skills in person, in writing, and on the telephone with influencers and agents.
  • Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Confident in data management with the highest attention to detail.
