We are now looking for a Home Styling Coordinator to join our Studio here at N Brown, ranging shoots for Home, spanning campaigns, editorials, homepage, social media, print and video. Working collaboratively with Managers, Art Directors, Photographers, Studios and Brand/Trading/Creative Teams you will deliver the most trend relevant and brand credible Home imagery.

Your role as Home Styling Coordinator:

  • Bringing our Home brand to life through ranging Home product to brief for multiple shoot channels - spanning campaigns, homepage, social media, editorials, print and video
  • Research, curate and deliver on-point aspirational ranging – spanning trend research, inspirational image curation, and seeking sales feedback from Buying Team to ascertain how shoots are performing and where to focus or create action
  • Understand Home creative direction and brand guidelines - work with Photographic Managers, Art Directors and Studios to deliver and support all information required in order for Studios to execute imagery to the brief, to the asset guide and to exceed the creative standard expected
  • Lead ranging direction meetings prior and post shoot with key stakeholders, take feedback on board and flex looks if required
  • Support Manager/Art Director in reviewing all Studio imagery daily to ensure feedback is captured and actioned
  • Delivering against Brand, Design, Buying and Trading aspirations to drive sales, brand credibility and customer acquisition
  • Sample support/communication with key stakeholders
  • Accountable for the management of the end to end home ranging and styling process to drive creativity and efficiency – spanning preparation, curation, shoot information to external studios
  • Accountability for home ranging wardrobe, kit, consumables and equipment maintenance
  • Execute processes efficiently, ensuring all daily volumes, deadlines and deliverables are met – including resolving creative challenges by using appropriate resources and/or solutions
  • Action feedback provided by Photographic Managers, Art Directors or other stakeholders regarding sales, changes in direction pre/in season, and any other important information. Convert this into delivering the right information to allow studios to execute successful shoots that deliver brand credibility and sales. Highlight categories or areas which need refreshing and present ideas on refresh direction to management
  • Demonstrate current knowledge of competitive landscape, home trends and ideas to contribute to the future development of trailblazing imagery

 

What experience are we looking for?

  • 3 years minimum home interior styling experience, with a huge passion for interiors
  • Current and sound knowledge of Home trends, competitor landscape and Home shooting/styling techniques
  • Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of the high street home industry
  • Experience in studio and on location preferred
  • Ability to travel in the UK and abroad for shoots (if required) on occasion, very rare at time of writing
  • Ability to take and set ranging direction, to be flexible in your approach and easily adapt to working with new teams. Ability to take feedback on board and flex accordingly
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and meet very tight deadlines
  • Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the product image quality
  • Apple Mac / PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • Problem solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
