We are looking for someone with complete technical proficiency in Java development with extensive experience designing and building Microservices. Additionally, a track-record of leading, mentoring and coaching a team of Engineers, empowering them to use modern development standards, technologies and best practice techniques.

  • Knowledge of Relational and Document-Oriented Databases
  • Lead the build and set up of development standards alongside other technical leads
  • Ability to remove obstacles and keep the team motivated to bring their best selves to work everyday
  • Someone who can keep it real, both from a people and technology perspective; you’ll respect and appreciate legacy systems and processes, seeing it as an opportunity for change, not a challenge

Nice to have (though not essential):

  • Experience with Git Version Control
  • Experience with working with Cloud technologies (AWS)

  • We offer a competitive package and benefits including a range of flexible working options with the latest technology to support
  • You play a critical part in this digital journey from its early stages – the potential to own and impact change is endless!
  • Work in an environment where failing fast is encouraged; we love experimenting and trying new things!
