Here at N Brown we are looking to recruit a Customer Insight Executive to join our Strategy and Insight team! This is a great role for someone starting a career in customer insight and analytics, where you will have the opportunity to learn about the world of Customer Insight through on the job training and professional development. As this role is an Administrative role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, loves to solve provlems and turn data into recommendations! In this varied role you will support the Customer Insight team in managing research and insight programmes to ensure our colleagues and brands remain close to our markets, our customers and their evolving needs. 


Your role as Customer Insight Administator:

  • Support with the setup, running and analysis of major research projects
  • Summarise the key findings of smaller research projects, creating engaging and compelling stories, with a clear focus on actionable insight
  • Provide support to Customer Insight colleagues who manage continual insight programmes, potentially including customer experience, brand health, and customer mindset
  • Administer the team roadmap, budgeting and communications calendar, developing these to ensure they evolve to keep meeting the needs of the team and wider business
  • Stay well connected to our customers, markets and competitors, playing an active role in growing our knowledge and identifying hot topics for further research


What are we looking for?

  • Prior experience of customer insight, either client- or agency-side, is an advantage but not essential as training will be given
  • Excellent organisational skills essential; project management experience desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to summarise information in a simple and engaging way
  • Numerate; comfortable analysing data
  • Professional manner and confidence dealing with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Enjoys a challenge, ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determination and optimism
