This exciting opportunity is based within one of the most fast paced and passionate departments within N Brown. Within the Financial Services Commercial team, you will work to drive long-term, sustainable profit for business.

Additional role responsibilities also include:

  • Undertake in-depth analytics on customer behaviour and propose recommendations to improve outcomes for both customers and our business.
  • Provide key analytical support in the development and review of promotional campaigns and business cases.
  • Create and publish accurate reporting and KPI tracking to enable senior management to make better decisions.
  • Work with other departments across N Brown to support a more comprehensive picture of performance for the Financial Services business.

What we’re looking for:

This is an ideal opportunity for someone from an analytical background who already has experience in developing and presenting insights.

  • A naturally inquisitive and analytical approach
  • Ability to spot data trends/anomalies and turn data into insight. 
  • Commercial awareness and be able to add value to the business by making recommendations based on information and analysis.
  • Demonstrable experience with writing SQL queries and strong with MS Office suite experience.
  • Experience in a Financial Services or a Retail business is desirable, but not essential.
