Here at the N Brown Group we are looking for a Digital Analyst to join our team! In this role you will be accountable for delivering insight, analysis and recommendations to support growth and to improve customer experience across all N Brown brands. This is a crucial role within the UX Analytics team that requires strong analytical and organisational skills to provide deep, extensive analysis and actionable insights across all digital channels.

Here at the N Brown Group we are looking for a Digital Analyst to join our team! In this role you will be accountable for delivering insight, analysis and recommendations to support growth and to improve customer experience across all N Brown brands. This is a crucial role within the UX Analytics team that requires strong analytical and organisational skills to provide deep, extensive analysis and actionable insights across all digital channels.

As a Digital Analyst, you will collaborate with key teams across UX, IT and E-commerce to deliver and present insights and to report on business KPIs. You will be taking the lead from senior analyst and be proactive in problem solving as well as improving the customer experience and user journey using your analytical skills.

In your role as Digital Analyst you will:

  • Analyse web & customer data from multiple sources and turn findings into actionable insights
  • Proactively seek recommendations to improve UX and customer journeys
  • Quantify benefits of digital initiatives and measure on delivery
  • Develop and manage a suite of reports to measure digital experiences
  • Partner and be a trusted advisor to UX and IT squads
  • Support a variety of stakeholders and champion data-driven decision-making

What skills are we looking for?

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills capable of using multiple data sources to analyse complex problems, identify cause and effect and deliver insightful and practical solutions with ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and sound judgement when working towards tight deadlines
  • Open-minded, flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to embrace challenges and to learn
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • At least 1 year experience in data facing role (Web analyst, Data analyst, CRO) client-side or agency

What technology experience will you need?

  • Experience of Web Analytics tool (for example Google Analytics, Adobe analytics or Celebrus)
  • Experience of SQL or Python/R or other analytical programming languages
  • Experience of BI tools such as Power BI, Qlikview or Tableau is desirable
  • Experience of BiqQuery is also desirable but not essential
