Technical Administrator - Home Division

The role of the Technical Administrator is to support with Administrational actions to enable delivery of the product strategy by ensuring product information is recorded and correctly inputted into required systems enabling the products of the best quality to be received by our customers on time and in full.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Allocate and input weights and dimensions into system with agreed SLA.
  • Action issues relating to weights and dimensions within agreed SLA.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports as required.
  • Identify and amend any incorrect W&D’s
  • Manage customer expectations though accurate and timely communication with Technical and Logistics teams.
  • Ensure ‘general housekeeping’ to maintain the integrity of the technical folders and keeping information up to date and correct in all relevant systems and database’s
  • Other Admin duties are also an essential daily part of the Technical Admin role as you are providing full administrative support to the Technical team.

What you will need to succeed:

  • This is an entry level role, desire and basic knowledge of Microsoft suites
  • Excellent administrative, communication and organisation skills
  • A keen interest in Product with a customer first attitude
  • Quality focus
  • Driven & motivated
  • Retail experience preferred
