As our Digital and Media Analytics Manager, you will lead the UX, Web and Media Performance analytics teams to deliver and present analytics and reports to provide commercially focused insight and recommendations to drive decision making with key stakeholders. You will manage projects from end to end, line manage a team of senior analytical business partners and be proactive in shaping and executing the strategy in your function.

In your role as Analytics Manager, you will:

  • Provide end to end management of the Digital and Media Analytics function from people management to vision and delivery.
  • Develop a commercially focused team strategy and engage key stakeholders with this.
  • Agree priorities and SLAs with stakeholders and drive the team to deliver against them.
  • Support stakeholders with gathering requirements, challenging requests to ensure well-rounded, measurable and commercially focused briefs.
  • Provide quality assurance for your team output and take any remedial action if necessary.
  • Point of contact and partner for agreed senior stakeholders within Trading, Digital, Media and Marketing.
  • Brings expertise and is responsible for the delivery of own projects.
  • Create/manage dashboards to measure performance of digital and media OKRs.
  • Provision of insight to measure and optimise marketing investment by leading a Media Performance analytics team.
  • Provision of Insight to test, measure and optimise UX and CRO development by leading a UX analytics team.
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI tracking to diagnose onsite customer journey and identifying where improvements can be made.
  • Proactively develops team members and owns own personal development.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • A passion for UX, web and media analytics with broad experience across all areas.
  • Experience of managing UX/Web/Media analytics projects from start to finish.
  • Experience of App analytics is essential.
  • Solid understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation from using various data points to create hypotheses and conducting deep dive post-test analysis.
  • Experience of engaging, influencing and managing stakeholders at senior level.
  • Evidence of strong communication, storytelling, business partnering and presentation skills.
  • Open-minded, flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to embrace challenges and to learn.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with an ability to manage a varied workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Degree / MSc qualified within a relevant discipline (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, IT or Marketing etc) is advantageous but not essential.
