Here at N Brown, we are looking for a Digital Production Planner to join our Creative Production Team! The Digital Production Planner will provide daily provision of operational production planning and scheduling for all BAU online events, from brief to channel, supported by systemic workflow tracking, to ensure the timely delivery of Digital projects.

As a Digital Production Planner you will:

  • Be responsible for operational planning, scheduling and control of all internal/external production management across all digital retail channels.
  • Create, manage and communicate transparent business planning that controls work for all channels, including reporting, analysis, capacity and external delivery.
  • Manage and communicate any change to schedules, status and potential cost/time/quality impacts.
  • Create & manage planning, scheduling and workflow standards to provide adherence, reporting, quality framework, SLA’s, KPI’s and delivery to channel for internal & external teams. Providing reports and analysis for constant improvements.
  • Support and drive the operational efficiency of the planning, scheduling and workflow systems, tools and processes. Constantly looking for ways to improve, to ensure world class management and timely delivery.
  • Support the development of new ways of working and knowledge share with the wider team. Targeting best practice methodology, communication and decision-making excellence for long term efficiencies.
  • Manage and challenge change to meet organisational expectations, reducing additional costs for late changes and supporting the risk reduction across all channels.

What experience will you need?

  • Excellent knowledge of current online processes for product asset production.
  • Excellent awareness of creative digital content.
  • Ability to plan, schedule and manage complex multi-channel specifications.
  • Strives to deliver world class schedules & results.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Excellent project and change management skills.
  • Pro-active, positive & flexible with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

  • An open-minded, flexible and positive attitude toward new challenges, with a willingness to implement change as and when necessary.
  • An excellent working knowledge of all Creative software and Microsoft Office is essential.
