The Role and responsibilities

We're looking for two people to join our Customer Analytics team as Customer Analytics Assistants within our Brand and Creative department and they will be at the very heart of the team! They will be based at our headquarters in the Northern Quarter. They will:

  • Support the team with communicating our customer analytics data and complete reporting.
  • Learn how to create and customise reports, mostly in Excel and also how to format them effectively.
  • Examine the reports closely and make sure all information is accurate.
  • Collate these reports and provide these to the team and other colleagues at the right time.

What will you get?

  • You'll learn how to use Microsoft Excel and digital platforms/software which could include; PowerBI, R, Python and/or Google Analytics.
  • You'll develop many skills: analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, organisational skills, teamwork and relationship-building skills to name a few!

As well as this, you will have:

  • Regular meetings with your Manager.
  • Regular feedback on your work from team members so you can learn and adapt.
  • A buddy to support you when you join and throughout your time with us.
  • Informal catch-ups with the HR Emerging Talent Lead. 
  • Training and development support from us and from the Prince's Trust who are youth employability experts, to help build your skills for the working world and your future!


What are we looking for?

Do you have a passion for numbers and are you keen to learn more about data? If so, then this could be the role for you. 

  • We’d love someone with a “can-do”, positive attitude that likes to work in a team and build relationships with people.
  • You would consider yourself as open-minded, flexible and like to take on challenges and developing new skills.
  • For experience and qualifications, you will need to have academic knowledge in Maths and/or ICT and have working knowledge of using Microsoft Office – especially Excel.
  • It would be desirable for you to have experience of analytics software such as PowerBI, R, Python, Google Analytics but you will learn this in role.
