The Role and responsibilities

We are looking for a number of people to join our Brand Marketing team as Social Media Assistants within our Brand and Creative department and they will be at the very heart of the team! They will be based at our headquarters in the Northern Quarter. They will:

  • Support in providing our customers with ‘always on’ social media content.
  • Manage the administration of our social media accounts with the supervision of their Social Media Lead. These accounts include Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and Youtube across our retail brands.
  • Work closely with the Brand Management team and share the content with them to keep all up to date.
  • Keep track of our communication calendar which includes scheduling and posting content so that important events/updates are not missed.
  • Create reports on how well our social media channels are performing.
  • Conduct external research on competitors social media channels.

What are we looking for?

Do you have an interest in fashion, retail and social media? Do you like to think of yourself as a creative thinker that enjoys communicating with people? If so, then this could be the role for you. 

  • We’d love someone with a “can-do”, positive attitude that likes to work in a team and build relationships with others. 
  • For experience and qualifications, you may have had work experience and/or academic knowledge in Marketing, ICT, Graphic Design, English or Media.
