Your role as Creative Manager here at N Brown:

  • You will work on a dedicated brand (or brands). You will break creative frontiers and deliver genuine creative innovation which challenges the status quo and pushes forward business strategy.
  • You will act as a Creative Manager on key campaigns – liaising with external agencies, production companies and suppliers ensuring best practice.
  • You will ensure the team deliver consistent high-quality output across ATL and BTL.
  • You will drive a culture of continuous improvement and inspire creativity, leading a team to new creative heights.
  • You will be responsible for all team management activity including performance management, annual reviews, giving feedback, development and coaching. 
  • You will react positively to feedback and develop a culture of feedback and continuous improvement in your team. 

What experience are we looking for?

  • Significant work experience within a creative studio role in a fast-paced commercial environment. 
  • Proven ability of leading and motivating a team whilst maintaining the ability to get ‘hands on’ and work with the team in delivery. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and the ability to coach and develop others in these skills. 
  • Can lead a team to deliver under pressure. 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience/portfolio in either Home or Fashion. 
  • A degree in Design or a related subject would be desirable.
