The Role and responsibilities

We are looking for someone to join our Brand Marketing team as an Influencer Assistant within our Brand and Creative department and they will be at the very heart of the Simplybe team! They will be based at our headquarters in the Northern Quarter. They will:

  • Support the wider Influencer team with administration duties, such as updating the channel tracker and posting calendar.
  • Help put together exciting Influencer content and upload these to the team folder.
  • Support the Influencer Lead with organising collaborations with Influencers, from contacting them to sending out our products for them to use.  
  • Assist the Influencer team with activities as and when needed, for example creating campaign look books and tracking links to understand our customer’s behaviours.
  • Supporting on monthly campaigns and completing reports on how well these campaigns perform.
  • Conduct external research.

What are we looking for?

Do you have an interest in fashion, retail and social media? Do you like to think of yourself as a creative thinker that enjoys communicating with people? If so, then this could be the role for you. 

  • We’d love someone with a “can-do”, positive attitude that likes to work in a team and build relationships with others. 
  • For experience and qualifications, you may have had work experience and/or academic knowledge in Marketing, ICT, Graphic Design, English or Media.
