Here at N Brown, we are looking for an Assistant producer to join our team! In this role you will co-ordinate model bookings for our internal photography studio using external agencies.

You will plan photography shoots for all brands and channels in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.​​​​​​​

In your role as Assistant Producer, you will:

  • Secure options and book models for all ecommerce studio photography.
  • Work closely with the producing team and external model and talent agencies, collate photography requirements and create shoot schedules to meet print, web and multi-channel deadlines.
  • Work closely with Product team to plan the effective delivery and movement of photographic samples to ensure photographic deadlines are met
  • Excellent understanding of budgets, negotiating the best rates and usage. Ensure adhere to guidelines in place for PO numbers and invoice process. Monitor and report on budget spend per shoot.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing agencies and studios. On board new suppliers as and when required.            
  • Be first line contact for external studios for day-to-day activities, ensuring they have the most accurate information available.  Manage production issues, flag up to senior management any issues that may impact budget delivery of budget adherence.   Provide insight on possible longer-term improvement to process that may result in a more efficient working relationship or result in budget savings.

  • Support bringing in new talent: models, photographers, stylists, freelance needs, scouting resources. Facilitate go-see castings, hiring of new external vendors, usage assessments, dashboard communication on state-of-the budget to key stakeholders. Build and implement the “always on” ecommerce model of working across studios and any adjustment thereof.
  • Supporting the Brand, Social & PR teams to realise centralised production and sample management of products to achieve the external schedules.
