Now recruiting a Marketing Executive into our CRM team here at N Brown! We are looking for someone with ambition, who is self-motivated to learn new things and can swiftly adapt to the fast-paced world of retail!
Working with the CRM Manager and CRM Co-ordinator, to drive both consumer file growth and demand growth by the execution of profitable activity. To drive performance and loyalty of the customer and share of customer wallet through all available channels, product ranges and services.
Your role as CRM Executive:
To implement the segmentation of the Brand database to drive customer programmes and improve long term quality and profitability of the customer file
To implement individual campaigns from the consumer communications plan, including creative execution, customer selection, test activity and results in order to drive the required sales plan
To implement and result on the discount strategy and plan for the brand
To work within the investment plan for retention activity ensuring budgets are kept to plan
To support the CRM Manager on administration and co-ordination around half yearly budgets
