Our marketing division is growing, and we are now looking for a CRM Coordinator to join the team here at N Brown! We are looking for a marketing CRM guru with proven experience of marketing with an understanding of CRM who can demonstrate strong campaign management skills!
Your role will have you working alongside the CRM & Comms Manager, tasked to drive both consumer file growth and demand growth by the execution of profitable activity. You will drive performance and loyalty of the customer and share of customer wallet through all available channels, product ranges and services.
Your role as CRM Coordinator here at N Brown:
To implement the segmentation of the Brand database to drive customer programmes and improve long term quality and profitability of the customer file through all available channels, including, but not limited to, email, paper, mobile, web and social.
To implement campaigns from the consumer communications plan, including creative execution, customer selection, test activity and results in order to drive the required sales plan.
Utilise paper and email channels to optimise the customer journey and identify strategic touchpoints within the customer lifecycle for targeted and personalised comms.
To implement and result on the discount strategy and plan for the brand.
To work within the investment plan for retention activity ensuring budgets are kept to plan.
Assist in the development of a customer loyalty scheme to surprise and delight our best customers, driving increased customer value.
Where relevant, to supervise the day to day activities of the CRM executive. Hold 1-1 meetings to ensure that we are meeting the objectives we are set.
To support the CRM Manager on administration and co-ordination around half yearly budgets.
