As Structured Finance Manager you will manage the securitisation programme.


​​​​​​Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ensure compliance with Master framework agreements in place with Bank Investors
  • Support the optimisation of the eligible pool upon which the securitisation is based
  • Manage forecasting processes supporting future Group Liquidity requirements
  • Report to the Banks and produce internally MI within agreed SLA’s
  • Manage stress testing and covenant management within Group and Bank appetites
  • Support Group Treasury processes and controls
  • Support Group wide projects from a Funding perspective, providing impact assessment and alternate funding strategies
  • Manage Funding and Interest rate risk by supporting and recommending of hedging strategies
  • Manage periodic Bank due diligence processes
  • Manage periodic refinancing in-line with business requirements


What we’re looking for:

  • Highly analytical with strong technical skills, with an eye for detail
  • Accounting/finance qualification with good PQE (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ACT)
  • Strong communication and presentational skills including PowerPoint / Word
  • To be able to build key stakeholder relationships
  • Prior experience of securitisations (desirable)
  • Background financial services (Structured finance - desirable)
  • Knowledge/experience of SQL (desirable)
