As Marketing CRM Coordinator, you will:

· Deliver targeted campaigns to the customer file across email and app to engage customers, including creative execution, customer selection and test activity in order to achieve the sales plan.

· Working in collaboration with colleagues in other departments to ensure the seasonal plans are implemented effectively, efficiently, on time and within budget.

· Implementing the testing plan and providing weekly results reporting and analysis to ensure performance is optimised in season.

· Implementing the segmentation of the brand database to drive customer programmes and improve long term quality and profitability of the customer file.

· Appraising creative to ensure our product ranges and offers are on brand.

· Ensuring that all communications are consistent across all channels, delivering the best customer experience possible.
