As the Assistant Company Secretary you will be assisting and supporting the Company Secretary 

​​​​​​​Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the company’s statutory books
  • Filing documents at Companies House
  • Arranging and facilitating board/shareholder meetings
  • Maintenance of statutory books
  • Administration of the Group’s share schemes
  • Administrative support in relation to the Group’s insurance policies liaison with Broker and underwriters
  • Oversight and management of the Group’s Insider Lists
  • Support the development of the Annual Report
  • Supporting Co Sec in discharging responsibility for effective management of the whistle blowing, anti-bribery and corruption and gifts and hospitality policies
  • Supporting the Group simplification project

  • Excellent team player who is enthusiastic and will work with and communicate positively across all Group functions
  • Someone with a high level of diligence and attention to detail and understanding of the regulatory and governance requirements of a Company Secretariat operating in a listed environment are essential
