The Role and responsibilities

We are looking for someone to join us as a Customer Insight Assistant to support the Customer Insight team! The role involves general administration and reporting activities to ensure the wider team have the right information at the right time. You will be managed by our Customer Insights Lead and you’ll be at the very heart of the team! This role is based at our headquarters in the Northern Quarter. You will:

  • Check reviews daily, raising purchase orders and help keep the team updated with business plans.
  • Be responsible for managing the admin folders to keep information up to date in an accurate and clearly presented way.
  • Create templates for completed projects that summarise how the project was approached, the findings, what the insights are and what action needs to be taken.
  • Help develop Insight documents on key areas of the business, for example, on our Brands performance and our Customer Service performance.
  • Support with a variety of communication planning activities.
  • Receive feedback regularly from your manager and team members so that you can learn and adapt to meet the needs of the team and colleagues.​​​​​​​

What are we looking for?

Are you interested in customer insights and market research? Do you consider yourself to be organised and efficient? If so, then this could be the role for you. 

  • We’d love someone with a “can-do”, that likes to work with others and build relationships with people. 
  • You should feel comfortable working under pressure at times and meet tight deadlines with the support of the team.
  • We’d like someone who thinks creatively and has a willingness to learn new things. 
  • we’re looking for someone who has academic knowledge in ICT and using Microsoft.
  • Any experience of working within administration, Customer Service or ICT is desirable but not essential as you will learn these skills in the role.
