The Role and responsibilities

We’re looking for someone to join our Creative Business Partners as a Creative Projects Assistant within our Brand and Creative department and you will be at the very heart of the team! You’ll be supporting with managing the relationship between our internal creative teams while helping with supporting project managing creative jobs for each brand! This role is based at our headquarters in the Northern Quarter. They will:

  • Support the Creative Business Partner for any matters specific to a brand; completing day-to-day administration including diary management, communicating to team members, working with external suppliers and raising purchase orders on our internal system. 
  • Ensuring important project dates are met; this includes scheduling meetings to discuss progress and keeping important dates in mind.
  • Book our Internal Creative team’s time per project and be an ambassador for them through showcasing their work!
  • Complete activities that help to monitor smooth workflow of jobs, support with resolving issues appropriately and ensuring that processes have been followed.
  • Work on several projects at the same time, ensuring work is delivered on time and error free.

What are we looking for?

Do you have an interest in creative management or administration? Do you consider yourself to be a creative thinker and always willing to learn? If so, then this could be the role for you. 

  • We’d love someone with a “can-do”, positive attitude that loves to communicate with a variety of different people, both verbally and written.
  • You should feel comfortable working under pressure at times and meet tight deadlines with the support of the team.
  • For experience and qualifications, we’re looking for people who are IT literate and able to use Microsoft softwares, for example Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
  • No prior experience needed.
