The Role and responsibilities

We are looking for two people to join our Creative Account Managers as Customer Account Assistants within our Brand and Creative department and they will be at the very heart of the team! They'll support with managing the relationship between a dedicated brand team and our internal creative teams, making sure they are receiving the best service to deliver first class marketing! This role is based at our headquarters in the Northern Quarter. They will:


  • Support the Creative Account Manager for any matters specific to their brand; completing day-to-day administration including diary management, communicating to team members, liasing with external suppliers and raising purchase orders on our internal system. 
  • Ensure important project dates are met; this includes scheduling meetings to discuss progress and complete activities that help manage change.
  • Book our Internal Creative team’s time per project and be an ambassador for them through showcasing their work!
  • Complete activities that help to monitor smooth workflow of jobs, support with resolving issues appropriately and ensuring that processes have been followed.
  • Work on several projects at the same time, ensuring work is delivered on time and error free.


What will you get?

What are we looking for?

Do you have an interest in account management or administration? Do you consider yourself to be a creative thinker and always willing to learn? If so, then this could be the role for you. 

  • We’d love someone with a “can-do”, positive attitude that loves to communicate with a variety of different people, both verbally and written.
  • You should feel comfortable working under pressure at times and meet tight deadlines with the support of the team.
  • For experience and qualifications, we’re looking for people who are IT literate and able to use Microsoft softwares, for example Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
  • It would be desirable for you to have experience of account management/experience in a role similar and working knowledge of Workfront/other creative software, however it is not essential as you can learn these skills in role.
