The Role and responsibilities

We’re looking for two people to join us as Product Brand Support and be part of our Home and Furniture department across all our brands - you’ll be at the very heart of the team! Working with our Product Coordinator, this role will support with a variety of tasks regarding our catalogue and website activities. This role will be important in helping us deliver a successful and customer-focused digital and catalogue offer and provide day to day support. ​​​​​​​They are based at our headquarters in the Northern Quarter and will:​​​​​​​

  • Learn how to regularly review how our customers are shopping with us online and sharing feedback to your manager on what their experience is like so our teams can make improved, customer-focused decisions. ​​​​​​​
  • be trained on how to use Google Analytics to help support all your website navigation tasks; a fantastic tool and skill to have on your CV for the future.
  • Work with employees from our Brand and Creative and Buying teams, being an important point of contact between these areas and support with any queries, collating information and completing any tasks required.
  • Keep information up to date and correct in all relevant systems and databases.
  • Learn about various processes, including our catalogues, samples management and influencer requests.

What will you get?

  • You will develop your technical skills as you will be trained on how to use internal systems, Google Analytics and Microsoft software whilst gaining insight into our customers shopping habits.
  • You'll develop many skills: communication (verbal and written), analytical skills, attention to detail, organisation, self-management and relationship-building skills.

  • Regular feedback on your work from colleagues so you can learn and adapt.
  • A buddy to support you when you join and throughout your time with us.
  • Training and development support from us and from the Prince's Trust, youth employability experts, to build your skills for the working world and your future!

What are we looking for?

Do you enjoy shopping and would be interested in helping shape a better customer shopping experience? Are you someone who is motivated and would enjoy gaining valuable experience in a large retail business? If so, this role could be for you!

  • We’d love someone with “can-do” positive attitude that likes to work with others and would enjoy working on a variety of tasks at any one time!
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and building relationships with people is important to this role.
  • We’re looking for someone is organised and, with the support of their manager, feels comfortable working quickly to meet deadlines.
  • No experience or specific qualifications are needed for this role, however it would be desirable for this person to have used Microsoft Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint before.  ​​​​​​​
