The Role and responsibilities

We’re looking for two Product Administrators to join our Fashion department, working with our Product Coordinators to support the administration and systems processes for Product paper and Influencer activities. This role will be important to help us deliver a profitable and customer-focused online and paper offer and provide day to day administrative support. They are based at our headquarters in the Northern Quarter and will:

  • Support the Product Coordinators in creating best-seller reports that will be shared with employees at weekly meetings, as well as take notes and confirm actions for any other meetings.
  • Work with employees from our Brand and Creative and wider Product divisions, in particular our Buying teams, and be an important point of contact between these areas, supporting with any queries, collating information and completing any tasks required.
  • Keep information up to date and correct in all relevant systems and database’s to help ensure the smooth running of the team.
  • Learn about various processes, including our paper, samples management and influencer requests processes and complete any activities needed.

Do you have an interest in retail; Home and Fashion? Do you consider yourself to be driven, motivated and happy to work on a variety of different tasks? If so, then this could be the role for you. 

  • We’d love people with “can-do”, positive attitudes that likes to work with others, has good communication skills (verbal and written) and likes building relationships with people.
  • We’re looking for people who are organised, who also feel comfortable, with the support of the team, to work to tight deadlines at times. 
  • For experience and qualifications, we’re looking for people who are IT literate and able to use Microsoft softwares, for example Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • It would be desirable to have had some experience of working in retail, however it’s not essential.
