The role and responsibilities:

We are looking for an Emerging Talent Co-ordinator; someone who’s passionate about recruitment and development for our Apprentice, Placement and Graduate talent pipelines. As part of our Learning and Development team and reporting into the Emerging Talent Lead, you will support with a variety of activities and initiatives for our emerging talent population; championing our brand and bringing our culture to life. It goes without saying that you will take a hands-on approach with designing and delivering the full life cycle of our development programmes, creating immersive learner journey’s inclusive of projects, digital solutions, workshops and much more!

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Emerging Talent Lead in delivering our early careers strategy.
  • Support with various activities recruitment activities for our Graduate, Placement and Apprentice colleagues; including but not exclusive to attending recruitment fairs, advertising through social media channels and assisting with interviews/assessment centres.
  • Establish and build new relationships with external partners including education providers, communities and others relevant organisations.
  • Manage all relevant learning provider contacts whilst monitoring their performance. 
  • Assist with the design and delivery of learning interventions (workshops and online learning) across our Emerging Talent community to accelerate their behavioural development. 
  • Facilitate regular feedback sessions with members of the Emerging Talent community and their mentors. 
  • Act as a point of contact for all apprentices, placement students and graduates to assess their ongoing learning needs and support them to address any challenges.
  • Complete general administration activities, including managing the Emerging Talent inbox, responding to queries and supporting with the monthly reports.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an ambitious self-starter who is bursting to flex their talents to recruit, develop and inspire our Emerging Talent community. To succeed in this role you will need to be organised and have excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Stakeholder management is critical to this role, as well having a detailed focus approach to tasks and having a good understanding of current tends and developments in the Emerging Talent world. It'd be advantageous for you to have facilitation experience. 

Most of all we are looking for someone who is proactive in seeking out opportunities and ambitious to own and grown in their role!
