N Brown Group are currently looking for a commercial eCommerce Marketing Manager to join us on an permanent basis. Working within our Trade and Ecommerce division, reporting to Head of Marketing, you will be accountable for managing the promotional planning process. 

You will develop and manage the implementation of a coordinated promotional sales plan, delivering against objectives, demand and conversion targets. You should also demonstrate the experience of developing successful trading and conversion opportunities to maximise site demand via new and repeat customer conversion 

What you’ll be responsible for as eCommerce Manager: 

  • Creation and management of the Ecommerce Plan across all devices, working closely with the conversion rate optimisation team on testing and optimisation strategies to maximise the conversion rate of new and existing customers 

  • Demonstrating a continuous improvement approach to the customer journey utilising creative execution, promotions and personalisation to drive improved experience and conversion 

  • Reporting and monitoring demand and conversion metrics across customer segments and device types, recommending appropriate actions to ensure performance stays on track  

  • Working cross-functionally with digital teams to ensure that category and customer traffic objectives are being met and conversion opportunities are being optimised 

  • Creating category plans and objectives; working closely with the Buying & Merchandising teams to identify key category opportunities via the marketing planning process to deliver improved performance, customer experience and conversion 

  • To commercially trade the season to maximise demand and profit against plan, using the product bank, channels and traffic to optimum advantage 

  • Recruitment, training and development and inspiring your team to deliver their objectives
