A bit about the role:

Our partnerships team look after our retail media estate, building co-branded marketing campaigns across the N Brown portfolio. We are looking for a passionate marketeer who is customer insight driven; connecting shoppers with brands they know and love. You’ll also be commercially minded, leading client meetings and building plans that drive profitable growth. Media and Partnerships is a genuine focus area for the business, so if the above sounds like you, its a great time to join and make an impact.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll build relationships with supplier partners
  • You’ll develop marketing proposals for co-branded campaigns with supplier brands
  • You’ll work on media plans and identify opportunities for profitable growth.
  • You’ll collaborate with internal trade teams to identify and develop campaigns that drive growth for suppliers.
  • You’ll engage Brand Managers to incorporate suppliers into large campaigns such as influencer or even ATL activity.
  • You’ll be responsible for end to end campaign delivery, briefing creative and content requirements, securing media inventory and getting activity live.
  • You’ll track and manage all activity and building campaign reviews.

Who you are:

  • Experience in a campaign management role.
  • Energetic and Enthusiastic about getting involved with multiple departments within a retailer
  • Strong commercially awareness.
  • Strong Excel skills and analytically minded.
  • Experience in Fashion /Home retail marketing.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing.
