Ecommerce Coordinator

As we continue to invest heavily in delivering our digital strategy, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our International team for an Ecommerce Coordinator to join us.

As our Online Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for analysing, interpreting making recommendations to the customer journey across the site with a focus on demand and conversion. You will oversee the site promotional calendar and implementing this as well as looking to continually understand our international customer.

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help us to shape the ultimate digital experience for our customers! You will have whole or part ownership within the native apps team which involves multiple internal/ external stakeholders, and you drive the execution for them. UX Researcher

Our Ecommerce Customer Experience team provide the crucial link between our Marketing and IT functions and implement projects resulting in tangible improvements across web development and production support through strategic development of the E-Business systems.

You will join the customer experience team to provide the answers to some of the most challenging questions, throughout the product design process. Your role will be to uncover what our customers need from our products by undertaking primary research, exploring consumer behaviour and motivation and working closely with the UX/UI design team and teams across the business.
