- To allow you to submit your CV and/or application form online for job applications.
- To improve our services, including tailoring our website to enhance your online experience.

- To enable you to complete psychometric evaluations or skill tests.
- To monitor compliance with our equal opportunities policy on an anonymized basis.
- To fulfill contractual obligations arising between you and Jobtrain.
- To conduct statistical analysis and internal reporting using anonymized equality and diversity data throughout the recruitment process.
Consent and Data Sharing:
From time to time, we may seek your consent to process or disclose your data for purposes not listed above. In the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership, or transfer of Jobtrain’s assets, your information may be transferred to a third party. The third party will be required to adhere to this Privacy Policy and use your personal data only for the purposes you originally provided it for. You will be notified, and your consent will be sought in the event of such a transfer.
Data Retention:
- If your application is unsuccessful, your personal data will be securely destroyed 12 months after the decision, in line with statutory requirements for retaining information to allow for recruitment decision challenges.
- If your application is successful, your data required for employment will be retained for the duration of your employment. All other documentation, such as criminal reference checks and proof of address, will be securely destroyed 12 months after your confirmed start date.
