You won't just be supporting a department—you'll be an essential collaborator driving our thriving Engineering, Design Technology, and Food curricula. Working closely with the Director of Learning, your mission will be to ensure our lessons are seamless, safe, and truly inspiring:

  • Prep Master: You will be the technical wizard, preparing all necessary materials and equipment before lessons so our teaching staff can focus on delivery.

  • Workshop Guardian: Take full ownership of our state-of-the-art workshop and machinery, overseeing cleaning, essential maintenance, and ensuring every piece of equipment is in peak working order.

  • Safety Champion: Maintain impeccable standards by keeping Health and Safety procedures current, conducting all relevant risk assessments, and ensuring a safe learning environment for everyone.

  • The Go-To Expert: Manage crucial stock inventories, provide hands-on support to students during exciting practical lessons, and deliver dynamic, small-group demonstrations on the safe use of specialist equipment.
