Job Description
Are you an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a busy, purposeful environment?
Do you want your skills to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people?
At Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo, we’re looking for a dedicated College Administrator to join our College team - someone who brings not only strong organisational ability but also care, commitment, and a belief in what young people can achieve.
Within our distinctive small-school model, each College operates as a close-knit community where every student is known and supported. As College Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of that community - ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the College, supporting pastoral and academic processes, and helping students, staff, and families to thrive.
If you’re organised, personable, and ready for a role with real purpose - we’d love to hear from you. Join us, and be part of something bigger - a community where every detail matters, and every person counts.
This is a permanent position that offers an actual salary of £14,230 per annum (£25,185 full-time equivalent), working 25 hours per week, term time only. Please note that the hours and the number of days per week for this vacancy can be discussed and negotiated with the team.
