Leigh Academy Oaks is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join our supportive, collaborative team. As a key member of our school administration team, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff, playing an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of our school.
We are proud to be an Outstanding school, and we are seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist/Administrator who can provide a warm welcome and exceptional administrative support. You’ll be at the heart of the school’s day-to-day operations, assisting with everything from managing communications and appointments to supporting staff and ensuring a safe, efficient environment for our pupils and families.

- Friendly, approachable, and professional, with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy school environment
- Experienced in administration, with strong IT skills and the ability to work independently

This is a permanent role offering an actual salary of £21,620 per annum (£25,136 full time equivalent) based on 37 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week inset.
