Snowfields Academy are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Student Services Manager to join our team from as soon as possible, due to our expanding student roll. This pivotal role is designed to support the social and emotional well-being of our students, ensuring they have a caring and secure environment to thrive in.
As a non teaching member of staff, you will support in all aspects of the pastoral care of the students, upholding the school values and contributing to a community where students aspire to the highest standards and achieve to the best of their ability.
As the Student Services Manager, you will play a key role in establishing supportive relationships with students, offering a safe space for them to talk and express themselves. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Head of Therapy, class teachers, and other professionals, you will contribute to the development and delivery of vital intervention programmes. These may include social skills, emotional resilience, friendship building, bereavement support, and anger management sessions.

The basis of this role is permanent, Term Time + 2 weeks inset, 37 hours per week with an actual salary of £25,712 per annum (£29,146 full time equivalent).
