As Lead Practitioner in Maths, you’ll be at the forefront of driving excellence across the academy, shaping exceptional teaching and learning, and inspiring both students and staff. In this exciting role, you’ll develop and implement innovative strategies for maths teaching, mentor colleagues, and create a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement. You'll also have the chance to lead and shape the mathematics curriculum while ensuring that our students are challenged and inspired to reach their full potential.
