Job Description
Leigh Academy Horsmonden is a warm, welcoming, and supportive primary school where staff are valued, teamwork is strong, and children are at the heart of everything we do. We are proud of our inclusive ethos, positive culture, and commitment to helping both pupils and staff thrive.
We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team, supporting children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with different year groups and being part of a close-knit school community. While experience in a multi-age setting would be beneficial, we are primarily looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is keen to make a difference.
If you are passionate about supporting children’s learning and would like to work in a school where your contribution truly matters, we would love to hear from you.
