Are you an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a busy, purposeful environment? Do you want your skills to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people?

At Leigh Academy Minster, we are looking for a dedicated College Administrator to join our team - someone who brings not only strong organisational ability but also care, commitment, and a belief in what young people can achieve.

Within our distinctive small-school model, each College operates as a close-knit community where every student is known, valued, and supported. As a College Administrator, you will be at the heart of that community. You won’t just be managing paperwork; you’ll be ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the College, supporting vital pastoral and academic processes, and acting as a key point of contact for students, staff, and families.

The basis of this role is permanent, working 37 hours per week, term time + 1 week inset. This role offers an actual salary of £21,639 - £23,072 per annum (£25,158 - £26,824 full-time equivalent), based on experience.
