Are you a caring, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for a truly unique place to make a real difference?
Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and ambitious secondary team from March 2026.

At The Hundred of Hoo, we are more than just a school; we are a thriving all-through community where creativity is championed and collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. This is an exciting time to join us - our recent Ofsted visit confirmed we are firmly on the path to Outstanding, recognising the rapid transformation and strong performance of our academy.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils both within the classroom and on an individual basis, helping them to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. You will work closely with class teachers and wider support staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported and valued.

What makes Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo a special place to work:

Make a Real Impact - Support individuals and whole classes, helping pupils to access learning and achieve their potential.

Inclusive Practice - Experience of working with pupils with SEND is desirable but not essential; what matters most is your commitment to inclusion and willingness to learn.

Cross-Phase Collaboration - Benefit from our unique all-through setting, working alongside colleagues across primary and secondary phases to enrich pupils’ experiences.

Professional Development - We invest in our staff, offering high-quality training and development opportunities to help you grow in your role.

A Supportive Community - Join a warm, close-knit team where your wellbeing is prioritised and your contribution is truly valued.

If you are passionate about supporting children, keen to develop your skills, and excited to be part of a forward-thinking and inclusive academy, we would love to hear from you.
