Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo is seeking an Inclusion Manager to join our committed team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people by supporting them to reflect, reset and thrive in a culture of high expectations.

This is a strategic and operational role focused on ensuring that all students are supported to succeed - academically, socially and personally. You will lead the coordination and monitoring of our internal behaviour and inclusion systems, overseeing internal reflection spaces, behaviour tracking and targeted interventions that promote engagement, accountability and readiness to learn.
