Job Description

About the role: Stationers’ Crown Woods Academy has a great opportunity for a fluent speaker of Spanish to join us as Foreign Language Assistant and to support our Modern Foreign Languages Department. This position starts from 27th August 2021, the successful candidate will be required to work with individuals and small groups of GCSE students, ensuring that they are exposed to a high quality of spoken and written language.

We are likely to appoint one candidate on a basis of 2.5 days per week each during Term Time only (approximately 20 hours each week); this is for a fixed term contract until May 20th 2022, offering an actual salary of £10,343.

This position is ideal for those seeking to embark on a teacher training for September 2022 as this role offers first-hand experience and exposure to the modern foreign languages curriculum, classroom teaching and the opportunity of working directly with our teaching staff, or those seeking a consistent part-time role to fit around other commitments.
