About the role: Are you a conscientious and hard-working individual? Do you work with a high level of professionalism in everything that you do? Are you keen to join an inspirational academy? Ebbsfleet Academy has an exciting opportunity to appoint an Administrator to join us from September 2022.
Our successful candidate will be required to provide full and administrative service within the academy and provide assistance to students where appropriate, this includes undertaking a diverse range of administrative duties within the academy, to ensure well-presented and accurate correspondence, reports and other documentation as directed by the Senior Leadership Team and Head of Academy Administration.
Other duties to be carried out by our appointed candidate include answering internal and external calls for the Academy, dealing effectively and professionally with callers at all levels, process messages to staff and students via voicemail, written communication, email, or if necessary to personally deliver urgent messages to staff/students. Therefore, candidates need to be organised and hardworking as this is a busy role within a thriving academy!
This basis of this role is permanent and offers an actual salary of £5,408 per annum (£19,389 full time equivalent) based on 12 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week inset. Please be aware that hours can be negotiable with the possibility to fit around the school hours, for example, we could offer 3 days per week, 10am - 2pm.
