About the role: Milestone Academy are seeking to appoint talented and motivated Class Teachers to join us as soon as possible, dependent on successful candidates availability. Our successful candidates will offer the very best teaching and learning to our pupils and ensure they achieve the excellent outcomes they deserve. The successful candidates will have experience of working with students with SEN and will be selected based on their commitment and enthusiasm to learn and apply new skills to achieve the very best for our pupils and their own development. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a consistently Outstanding SEN academy! Please be aware that it is not required for candidates to hold a specific SEN qualification in order to be considered for this role. 

Due to the growth of the academy, we are looking to appoint a range of teachers to cover the following areas:

  • Mainstream teachers who have knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum and SEN in mainstream
  • Teachers with expertise in working with students with high needs ASD
  • Teachers who would be able to cover classes with students across a range of phases
