About the role: Mascalls Academy are looking for a cleaner to join their afternoon team. The caretakers and cleaning team as a whole are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the academy. Each cleaner is responsible for an area and will be expected to clean to the frequency and standard set out. If you are committed to providing a first class service, then we would like to hear from you. The hours are Monday to Friday, 3.00pm - 6.00pm during term time with an additional 3 weeks for deep cleaning.
The Premises Manager will delegate the monitoring of the cleaning to the Lead Cleaner, whose responsibility it is to ensure that high standards are reached and maintained. From time to time the Principal or Business Manager will carry out spot checks on any aspect of cleanliness he feels is appropriate. Courses of study are provided according to individual needs for the GCSE examination and at GCE A Level, A/S Level.
