If you are an existing middle leader or an ambitious and enthusiastic Teacher of Languages with a proven track record of subject improvement, Longfield Academy have an exciting opportunity offering scope to develop your leadership in a successful, over-subscribed academy with excellent career development opportunities.  We are looking for a dynamic MFL Subject Leader to lead our team to delivering French and Spanish at Key Stages 3 & 4.  The opportunity to develop this at Key Stage 5 could also be considered for the right candidate.

Our Academy is striving to become outstanding and you will be working in a department that is committed to continually raising standards.  Our successful candidate will join us between January - April 2018 depending on current work commitments and notice period.
