About the role: To strengthen the Science Department further, Wilmington Academy are seeking to appoint a talented and inspiring Teacher of Science for September 2018. The successful candidate will be passionate about their subject, committed to academic excellence and have the ability to motivate, support and enthuse students. You will join an established, successful department with a forward-thinking, dedicated team who achieve excellent results – your input is key to ensuring this trend continues. 

We are an IB World School delivering IB Biology and Chemistry, A Level Applied and Medical Sciences; training will be provided to upskill our successful candidate where necessary.  We offer state of the art science labs. PGCE students are most welcome in addition to highly experienced Teachers, and we can accommodate a June/July start for NQTs.  For the right candidate, we can offer a TLR dependent on experience and key interests for development.

We can offer a start date between April - September 2018 depending on your availability and commitments/notice period.
