Also we are fortunate to have the flexibility to offer responsibility for teaching and learning to the right candidate which will be offered as a TLR incentive based on your experience, for example to take on responsibility for a Key Stage or whole school project/learning.  This can be discussed at interview to determine what works for the individual and the Academy.

  • Teaching pupils from a variety of backgrounds across Key Stages 3-5, to work with them to ignite the fire and enthuse those who are more reluctant and lack confidence in this subject area, whilst also catering for our students who are very able to willing to learn
