About the role: The Halley Academy are seeking to appoint a Teacher of English who will join and strengthen the Department. Whilst this role is suitable for teachers ranging from their NQT year to many years experience in the profession, we are seeking to appoint individuals who can build rapport with our students and engage them in the subject. We are fortunate to have the flexibility to offer responsibility for teaching and learning to the right candidate which will be offered as a TLR incentive based on your experience, for example to take on responsibility for a Key Stage or whole school project/learning. This can be discussed at interview to determine what works for the individual and the Academy.
