About the role: From January 2019, Longfield Academy has a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Business and Economics Teacher to join us as Subject Leader, with the potential to become Deputy Director of Learning for the right candidate. This is an excellent position for a first step into leadership, supported by a strong Director of Learning and experienced department. Our successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop and demonstrate leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a team who achieve excellent results. You will join an established and successful department with a collaborative and dedicated team who achieve excellent results. We have a high uptake of the subjects at all key stages.
