Are you able to volunteer your time during school hours? Do you enjoy working with primary-aged students? Here at Langley Park Primary Academy, we highly value the contribution that our volunteers can make to our childrens' learning and cultural experiences throughout the academic year. Volunteer roles within school may include a weekly reading slot which boosts confidence in emerging readers, supporting projects, helping out on local walks and visits and more. 'When we do have a new LSA we make sure that they feel very welcome and it is a very, very good school. You will get the help that you need from the teachers in the classrooms and they will always help you. We have great displays in the corridors for you to look at while you are walking around the school and if you get lost we are all very helpful students and we will help you find your way. We are very lucky because we have a large, modern, organised building which is on a friendly, happy estate so you will meet lots of new people.’ (Year 6 pupils).


Being part of Leigh Academies Trust: As of 1st September 2021, our Trust will comprise 32 geographically organised academies (15 secondaries, 14 primaries and 2 special) educating 20,000 students, and employing 2,500 talented staff. The Trust is establishing four ‘clusters’ of academies: North West Kent; Central Kent; South East London; Medway.
