About the role: LAT Apprenticeships has an exciting new opportunity for a Business Coordinator to join the growing team, starting as soon as possible. We are looking for a proactive, professional and personable individual who will provide administrative support across all functions of the organisation. Day to day tasks will be varied; including apprentice enrolment and compliance, managing their inductions, tracking their attendance through to providing financial admin support like raising POs, submitting the monthly ILR return and producing reports for the team (to name a few). Other tasks that you’ll lead on include creating marketing content and material (online and offline), and producing the monthly newsletter.

Please note that previous experience in an apprenticeship setting is not essential. Rather, we are seeking a candidate with excellent organisational and admin skills who can adapt their experience to our environment. You will receive full training on all systems and software during your induction period, so a confidence in approaching new processes is a must!

The role is offered on a 0.8fte basis, meaning you can choose to work 4 full days per week, or 5 shorter days. The basis of this role is 30 hours per week, full year with an actual salary of £17,656 - £19,369 per annum (£21,775 - £23,888 full time equivalent), commensurate with experience
